1. The first low-fare regional airline company

- Maximization of profits through Low cost and High value creation
- Region-based airline to grow under the full support of local government and residents

2. Customer satisfaction management

- Various drinks service
- Photo shots on board
- Various special day events - U’story service
- Special help service for pregnant women and challenged, and so on

Currently, there are no official study groups or mentor system within the company. Most employees depend greatly on official training by the company that takes twice annually. If they have any problems, they must solve it by themselves or ask specifically for help. Because of this factor, performance improvements or adapting to the company isn’t very easy for new employees.

<Vertical structure>
Because the industry puts great emphasis on one’s career achievements and experiences, many pilots are from the air force, many employees feel that their superior are hard to communicate with and don’t have the courage to complaint whether it’s about work or the superiors themselves. This vertical structure needs to be changed in order for t’way Airlines to improve.


2.Extrinsic

Location of offices

- Build dorms or hotels or form partner ship with hotels or resorts that are nearby the offices

- Run shuttle bus from 4 am to 6 am

Running every 30 minutes, total of eight buses will run per day

In 2005 : ‘t’way Airlines’ flew its first plane as ‘Hansung Airlines’, the first low-fare regional airline company.
In 2008: The company became bankrupt due to skyrocketing oil price and exchange rates.
In 2010: ‘Shinbo Investments’ took over ‘Hansung Airlines’, renaming it to ‘t’way Airlines’ and re-opene
