Since working as a team has been generalized these days, person-coworker fit and person-supervisor fit affect result of performance as important as person-supervisor fit does. Person-coworker fit is considered as one of the crucial factors because air hostesses and stewards spend most of time with themselves outside. Person-coworker fit has similar relationship with person-supervisor fit but the former illuminates more on interpersonal compatibility.
Like this, according to Korea Employment Information Service, there is distinct proportion between men and women in some careers.
