service and business relation, improving the awareness of their brand and gather
the enough quantities of deals making people who come eBay to buy and sell their
products to make consistent profits. The point of strategy started to be
specified once Meg Whitman hired as a CEO of the eBay at the beginning of the
business. eBay felt keenly the necessity of providing new marketing ,promotion
and customer service on their website and strengthening existing services. In
addition to that, there were necessities to expand their technology and
infrastructure making customers use without any inconvenience when they use
